We offer a convenient layaway plan. Layaways are free and everyone is approved.
You can start a layaway with a 10% non-refundable deposit towards the purchase price, and you'll have 6 months to pay for your furniture. Your furniture is delivered when the balance is paid in full. Start a layaway if you'd like us to hold your furniture while you're waiting for your home to be built, have a remodeling project or just need more time and do not want your furniture to sell out or pricing to change.

We use a variety of delivery methods to service our customers.
Each order is unique and we will choose the best method for your furniture and location.
We do not ship to every point in the Continental United States!
We do our very best, but some locations are not accessible or on a typical delivery route. We will notify you immediately, before processing your credit card, if we are not able to deliver the furniture to your address. We also do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, American Territories or any country abroad.
We use our own employees or independent contract drivers to move furniture. Most furniture is checked, loaded, and sent from our own warehouse in Denton, Texas with a direct route to your location. Our delivery men typically travel alone and are limited in their ability to move heavy pieces. They are not hired to install your furniture. You will need to be home and ready to help, accept, check and sign for your furniture. We are good communicators and you will know when to expect delivery.
Deliveries are taking 2-6 weeks on average. Contact us and we can give you a better timeframe based on your upcoming purchase.
Any damage or problems with your furniture need to be reported the day of delivery! Not reporting problems right away leads to claim denials from the manufacturer for defective and damaged items and makes our job a lot harder! We want to resolve any issues you have quickly and efficiently. Please communicate with us. We are here to help and customer service is our #1 priority!
We reserve the right to repair or replace your items at our discretion.

We offer a 14-day return policy. If within 14 days of delivery or pickup you are not completely satisfied with the color, comfort, or quality of your order, we will allow you to return your order to our warehouse for a refund less all actual delivery costs Von Furniture has incurred delivering your furniture. The return of the furniture is the sole responsibility and cost of the customer. Only returns in the original packaging and in brand new, unused condition can be accepted. Refunds less all realized delivery costs will be issued once the furniture is received back to our facility in Denton, TX and inspected. Please notify us immediately if your intent is to return your order.
Dimensions are provided in the item description. Please be sure to measure your area, doorways, hallways, and stairwells. We will not be responsible for items too large for your space or doorways, and you will be required to pay realized delivery and return costs back to our warehouse as stated above.
Colors and stains may vary from each computer monitor, photography, lighting and natural variations. Please contact us for clarification. It can be difficult to buy furniture sight unseen. Our showroom and main sales office is located at 621 S. Mayhill Rd. Suite 103, Denton, TX 76208. We are just north of Dallas, Texas. Call for current showroom hours.
Our furniture stocked warehouses are in the Dallas area and scattered throughout the United States, including California, New Jersey, Georgia, Alabama, Chicago, Florida and various other locations. The distribution warehouses are not open to the public.
Please check availibility on California King size beds. Some beds are available in Cal. King, and most of the time they are a special order and can take a few extra weeks to arrive. Cal. King upgrades are typically the same price as a regular king size bed upgrade.
